This  Groundwater  Monitoring  Report  (Report)  presents  a  summary  of  the  semi-annual, June  2015  groundwater  monitoring  activities  conducted at  the  Southern California Edison (SCE)  Lafayette  Secondary  Use Area (Site),  located  in  Costa  Mesa,  California (Figure  1).   This  Report  addresses  the  requirements  of  the  12  December  2011 Consent Order (CO) issued  for the  Site  by  the  California  Environmental  Protection Agency Department  of  Toxic Substances  Control  (DTSC).    This  Report  was  prepared  by  Molly Small,  and  Andy  Simons,  P.G.,  and  was  reviewed  by  J.  Scott  Rowlands, P.G., C.Hg., C.E.G.,  all  of  Geosyntec,  in  accordance  with  the review  policy  of  the  firm
